Design your own cutting table

The sophisticated, modular design allows you to create different table sizes and configurations of equipment. RollMaster Super Plus is built on a light but extremely rigid frame. Table top with a thickness of 25 mm is coated with a matt hardened lacquer. Table tops are framed with 2 mm PVC tape, making them very durable and safe to use.

Attached to the table top is a guiding strip with a precision scale, used to measure the width of the blinds. Optionally, it can be complemented with a sliding strip with an angle of 90 degrees, which helps to measure the length of the cut. One move of an operator’s hand makes it possible to lock and change the position of the angle strip.

A professional automatic end cutter ensures quick and accurate cutting of fabrics. The end cutter moves over 1 m/sec. in automatic version, which considerably reduces the time necessary to cut the fabric in comparison with manual cutting.

RollMaster Super Plus features a pneumatic holding bar which is located on the front table top. The end cutter is mounted on the trackrail between the front and main table tops.

The fabric feeder is located under the table top, which saves space and ensures more convenient access to the table. Thanks to a flexible adjustment mechanism (3 positions of tubes and the ability to pull out the base of the fabric feeder) it is possible to use rolls of different diameter, from 20 to 80 cm.
