Band knife machine R1150

Band knife machine Rexel R1150 is an easy-to-use and highly efficient equipment. It allows for a high-precision cutting of upholstery foam and textiles (cotton, knitted fabrics, synthetic fabrics, insulation, etc.). Our band knife can cut multiple layers of fabric - textile stacks up to 300 mm, upholstery foam up to 500 mm. Maximum and minimum thickness depends on the type of material to be cut.

Our band knife is equipped with a sharpening device, which provides high quality sharpening with minimal wear of band knife. In addition, variable speed control allows to set an appropriate cutting speed for all types of fabric and upholstery foam. It is also equipped with a special detector responsible for work of band knife blade and a band knife security system that prevents the blade from falling out. This security system will also immediately stop the blade in an unlikely situation of breaking the band.

The machine is equipped with a lamp that has a separate switch. A touchscreen allows for an efficient control of the band knife machine. When at work, one can turn on the air cushion that will help in moving the fabric or the foam on the table. This air cusion will also help to avoid dusting of the table and will facilitate cleaning of the table from scraps and debris.

The R1150 band knife machine can be equipped with a vacuum cleaner system which removes dust, scraps and small pieces of material. The device can be also equipped with PR-3, a measuring device that will allow for angular cutting of the foam, as well as a precise cut of the stacks of material.
