The sophisticated, modular design allows you to create different table sizes and configurations of equipment. RollMaster 250 is built on a light but extremely rigid frame. Table top with a thickness of 25 mm is coated with a matt hardened lacquer. Table tops are framed with 2 mm PVC tape, making them very durable and safe to use.

Attached to the table top is a guiding strip with a precision scale, used to measure the width of the blinds. Optionally, it can be complemented with a sliding strip with an angle of 90 degrees, which helps to measure the length of the cut. One move of an operator’s hand makes it possible to lock and change the position of the measuring strip.

A professional end cutter ensures quick and accurate cutting of fabrics. RollMaster 250 comes in two versions: Standard with manual and Super with automatic end cutter. The end cutter moves over 1 m/sec., which considerably reduces the time necessary to cut the fabric in comparison with manual cutting or using an ultrasonic cutter.

RollMaster 250 features a one-sided holding bar which cooperates with the end cutter pressure roll or extended holding strip in pneumatic version. This solution ensures the highest cutting quality and numerous advantages, i.e. simplifies the machine structure, accelerates operation and makes it possible to cut even 10 mm wide strips. Default is a manual mechanism operated by hand, which can be optionally expanded to electromagnetic or pneumatic version.

The fabric feeder is located under the tabletop, which saves space and ensures more convenient access to the table. Depending on your preference, you can also select the upper version of the feeder, matched to the height of the worktop. The simple spacing adjustment mechanism (3 positions) without the necessity to remove the tubes from their holders, makes it possible to use rolls of different diameter.

We offer two types of RollMaster 250. You can customize the configuration to your individual needs.
